Rear seat help

My blazer was a utility model with no back seat. I have a back seat to put in, but need some pics and dimensions of the actual mounting plates that weld to the rear floor. Also there are 4 encapsulated nuts in the rear floor behind the drivers seat, what were they for?

Re: Rear seat help

spare tire mount

Hard to see in the pic but here are the available seating options for the Blazer.
You can see the spare tire mounted behind the drivers seat when no back seat is there.

Re: Rear seat help

In regards to the 4 nuts behind the drivers seat, I mounted my drivers seat to them instead of the forward ones and made a bracket for the front to bolt to in order to get a little more leg room. With the seat mounted here and the tracks all the way back, the back of the seat almost touches the stepped part of the tub. I think it was less than 2" of room gained, but it made a big difference in comfort.

Re: Rear seat help

Spare tire holder makes sense for the four holes. Those threads are like 1/2".
The utility blazers (at least mine) only has the further back seat holes, in the front floor pan. These 4 holes are in the rear floor.

Re: Rear seat help

Anyone have dimensions and or pics of the plates that weld to the rear floor? The ones the rear seat bolts to? I have done a search. I have seen pics of the 4 plates the rear of the seat/seatbelts mount to, but no dimensions. The front of the seat I am guessing just requires 2 holes.
