Block off heater core, Any thing to cover ends?
I want to block off my heater core and i plan on removing the inlet and outlet on the engine with nice plugs. Thing is i do not like the way the heater core looks with the 2 ends sticking out of the box. Any over the counter or custom things to do to make it look appealing? A few pics would be nice!.

If your blocking it off just remove it and make some filler panels to cover it up. Put a good bead of sealer around it with some pop rivets. In my opinion it would look so much better. You could even put it back on if you ever decided to in the future and depending on where you put the rivets they would be covered up.

Re: Block off heater core, Any thing to cover ends?
The inner fender can be loosened enough to let you get the bottom of the heater box off. U want have to take it all the way out. I have even done a AC box this way. take the fender bolts out of it and the back cab bolts out and let it hang. U should be able to reach in there and take it off. You will want to remove the tire though.
