Hey man.....will a longhorn bed line up and bolt up to my standard longbed 70 C-20....?

No. The bed is 6 inches longer added to the front of the bed. Wheel base for yours is 127 and the Longhorn is 133.

No, the Longhorn bed is extended forward of the axle 6" over the standard 8' bed. The extension is not a removable section.
