steering box upgrade/quick ratio??

Does anybody know of, or have upgraded their steering box?? I'm wondering if there are any upgrades out there for a 4x4 Blazer, power steering, like a "Quick Ratio".I know cpp makes them for a 2wd, but didn't see them for a 4wd.
Thanks in advance

I bought one a while back from Brothers for my crossover/high steer conversion. I still have not got it installed, so can't give any more details.

Re: steering box upgrade/quick ratio??

I got one rebuilt from Benchworks steering in Phoenix AZ I told them I want it like a new truck. Not as good as my 07 but big improvement.

Re: steering box upgrade/quick ratio??

I bought one from Red Head steering gear in Washington. Quicker ratio and less truns left to right... now I did cross over steering that uses a 2WD box and the nice 4WD box is just sitting on a shelf....

I did the same. Been to the shop a few times. There are 2 ratios. About 4.5 turns and 3.5 turns lock-to-lock. ...or maybe it's 3.5 and 2.5 I don't remember. They also balance the effort Left/Right and can increase/decrease the effort required to turn the wheel.

The difference between a worn out box and a Red Head rebuilt quick box is noticeable immediately. It's all they do and they do it well.
