Porterbuilt Front Crossmember Install Help
Anyone else have a problem with the four washers on the underneath side not fitting because of the tubes coming out of the bottom being too close to the mounting bolts? I can only fit the nylon nuts. Do I need to cut one side of the washer or can I install without them?

I think I flattened the side on some of my washers.

Re: Porterbuilt Front Crossmember Install Help
It can be a tight squeeze sometimes. If you have clearance issues, just grind down one side of the washer a little to clear the weld.

Re: Porterbuilt Front Crossmember Install Help
I can only get one top bolt and one bottom to line up on both sides, is this normal or should all 4 bolts be in both sides?
