1/24th Custome Blazer
I started with a 1/24th truck and a 2002 Escalade. Took the roof off the caddy and going to graft it on the truck. I just started this this afternoon so I'm just beginning the fun, I wish the real things were this easy to work on.
You can tell it's getting winter time, I have time to do this. Well LMK what you all think.

It sucks not being able to hear! LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB! After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |

Anyone tried this yet?
I have been customizing these trucks for over a year now, has anyone built a sub yet? I would like to see it if you have. I did a panel last winter, but I haven't seen one in this scale. Here is a old one I did.

Custome Ideas
Smokin72on20s I started with a 1/24th Jada 72 truck.I bought off of the board over a year ago. Then I took it to a friends shop and dipped it in brake cleaner to strip the paint off. I cut the wood bed from balsa wood, cut the hood for the scoop, it came from a muscle machine car. I put escalde wheels on the back, because they are bigger than what comes on them. I made the wheel simulators myself. I used bondo putty to fill the body up, and filed off everything else, door handles, drip rails, gas filler cap, third brake light, which should be just a cargo light. I used Boyd Coddington paint by testors. I made the rear roll pan myself also and used the tail lights from the truck. Hope this helps
