Hood Hinge removal for '84
Been lurking here for a while, mostly reading the project threads on 2nd series (55-59) pick-ups.
Looks like I need a passenger side hood hinge for my '84 S-10 extended cab. Anyone know where I can get one? Rockauto was zilch. I'm I going to have to remove the fender to get at it? Haven't looked at my Haynes manual yet. GF left for work this morning without shutting it good Need I say more |

If you need one right away LMC has them in their catalog. You might give them a call.

Re: Hood Hinge removal for '84
Thanks. I put the torch on it and bent it back. Hood still F**$ed up. Interior bracing was pretty much all loose. Spent a couple hours tack welding, seems to work better but the vent cowl is still off. Might need some shims for under the hood.
