One ton panel pics

I thought there was a thread for this. I did not find it in a search. If not let's start one. I do not have one yet. So I have nothing to offer.

My buddies 60 and my 65.
He's putting his body on a 90's diesel dodge truck chassis, my plan is to convert mine to diesel and 4x4 some day.

Yeah, they're longer than a 20 footer, that's for sure.
I'll post a couple of pics that I've scrounged from the web.

I didn't realize that they were that long.
You would need 40 acres to turn them around..
Lol..they are kool though.

You wouldn't need 40 acres to turn that Red Cross truck around. But you would have 40 acres when you were through.

Re: One ton panel pics

I think they look a bit goofy with that looooong overhang behind the rear wheels. I'd love to get one, but I'd want to move the rear axle back so it has the same proportions as a 1/2-ton panel or Suburban... and I'd also want to add a dual wheel axle and trim up a set of step-side fenders to cover the extra rubber.
