61' sway bar question.

i have a 61' SB bbw 80' running gear. what junk yard sway bar will fit?

One from a '66-'87 C10,20 or 30. The '73-'87 pieces are easier to find, and are typically bigger in diameter. The C20 Camper Specials and the C30's were available with 1.250" sway bars. You will want to get all the brackets from the donor truck as well. The bushings can be found in both OEM rubber and aftermarket urethane.

You've changed out the front crossmember, right? Got rid of the torsion bars?

If not, I will have dedicated torsion bars available for these trucks later this summer. I'm waiting on my manufacturer to get the mounting hardware for my second prototype.

brad- yes i have. captn- i got 1 from a 75', got all 4 ruber brackets and metal holders, the only thing i didnt get is the front two pieces that the ruber mounts to in the front. it was riveted on. any pics out there that show what it should look like installed.
