I have to get rid of one of my toys, either an 85 small block S-10 or my 79 Malibu. I like them both, but If I want a new cab or new truck one has to go. I have always been a truck person but I like the Malibu. Its not as fast as the S-10 but is fun to drive. Any thoughts?

well that's the way of the world if you want something bad ewnough you have to be willing to give something up i'd sell em both

make that 1 1/2 cabs just to be fair
I haven't seen either, but I say get rid of the Malibu.

Keep whichever one puts you back in the seat more when you floor it

which one do you have more time and work into thats the one to keep because you will be kicking yourself in the @ss later if you do sell all your time and hard work for not nearly enough money

Friend of mine in H.S. had a 79 Malibu with a 406 and tubbed rear end. We could be doing 45 on the interstate and he could break the tires loose with just gas pedal.

As far as your delema, sell the Malibu

sell the mailbu, ive always wanted a small block s10, i will have one sooner or later, been in them before, all i can say is that its an "experience"

S-10s are a dime a dozen, a good clean 78-82 (??) Malibu is getting harder to find by the day.
Sell the mini-truck.
