Craigslist 72 4x4 "Full Resto" (not mine)

I think that term "Full Resto" is used VERY loosely... For having $25,000 in receipts I'm just not seeing that amount of money in it.

Still a nice looking truck... somewhat overpriced.

That interior is horrible.

If it had a nice interior and if it was a shortbed with factory AC instead of the add-on, then maybe.

The $25k is easy to get to if you pay others for the labor.

I agree that the interior is not a good as it could be, but a really nice looking truck otherwise. A few simple changes could really make a difference, and help command a better price.

Re: Craigslist 72 4x4 "Full Resto" (not mine)

Well for being a second owner truck and a supposedly 25k full resto I would expect to see pristine pics of the underside, model year correct door panels, maybe hit the hood hinges with a rattle can and put a new gauge bezel in it.
With all that said still a nice truck, just falsely advertised.

I agree they must be including the labor in the receipts, because it's not in parts as far as I can tell, unless the radiator is lined with gold.

It's all the little stuff everyone always over looks that add up so fast and a lot of people don't get that. I'm sure over half of that truck's build was labor and paint and body work. It is a very nice truck, just needs more options and such to really attract that price tag. IMO.

I can't see the drivers side door but it looks like the passengers side door does not have the screw under the vent handle like a 72 should. Might be the reason the door panels are not correct.

I think that is a 71 K10, grille and doors/panels are 71.

I sure wouldn't pay that kind of price for that,
