Orrie, from looking at the pic of your alternator I think you need to change your wiring. I'm using an EZWire 21 ckt like you are and when I wired it like you have yours the engine would not stop when I turned the key off. I removed the jumper that went from the main alternator terminal to tab 2, and connected the white wire to tab two. Tab 1 was used on vehicles that had an alternator light instead of a gauge and is not used in our application. You want only two wires to the alternator, the white wire to tab 2 and the main wire to the battery connection.
