i mad me a trailer ot of a 78 long bed and flipped the rear end (just like the truck) so if you got op post up some pics

not to bad just measure alot and cut and then weld the two ends together with a receiver and wire it up

not a qlue i will find out next week wen i go to scrap and weight it all i know its 78 1/2 ton that had the hd springs (7 leafs) and i also put on air shocks

A complete truck weighs about 4000lbs, most of that is cab forward. My guess would be about 800-1000lbs as pictured.

I did that very thing with an old 54 model truck frame and bed , works good . I like the grille swap , How do you like the way the headlights work over the original headlights
