Nope, too far apart for me to do it. He tried to sell it on ebay and it didn't make reserve, so maybe he'll come off it eventually.

Any bid or amount of bids placed on a vehicle with a reserve is always suspect to me . I have seen vehicles get bid way beyond what I normally see them bring when the reserve has not been met. Once the res is met you can bet that those are real bids since the seller is now committed to paying ebays selling fees. I usually see trucks get bid real high, then relished only to sell much lower than the previous auction reached while the reserve was not met. Makes no sense to me to sell much cheaper unless the bids in the first auction were buddies bidding it up to the reserve without going over it. That's a nice truck and worth a good bit. I hope you get it at a price you can live with.
