Patch panel question
1972 Suburban 4x4 Just wondering if aftermarket rear fenders patch panels have correct profile? There is a small contour near the edge which I suspect would be a secondary operation in te manufacture (and easy to omit on a repro). How about the gauge thickness? Going to all this trouble, dont want something low grade. Thanks for your help.

Re: Patch panel question
The upper wheel arch, complete wheel arch and rear lower quarter patches we carry all have the 1/8" rolled bead on them. There are multiple manufacturers of upper & complete wheel arches and some of the manufacturers do not put the rolled bead on the wheel opening edge so ask who ever you plan to buy from. The lower rear quarter for the Suburban we helped develop and we were the ones responsible for checking it for correctness and fit and they are 100% correct and since only 1 company makes the lower rear Sub. quarter anyone you buy from will have the panels with a 1/8" bead on wheel opening edge.

Re: Patch panel question
Cool , good to know you guys carry the rolled lip. I install a bed side fender arch recently and it didn't have the rolled lip.
