First motor pull / future plans

Pulled my first motor yesterday, a 350 w/ a th350..used a carb base lift plate from O' reillys $10.99, grade 8 5/16 x 3/4 bolts for those who care..I had gotten some good tips and advise from my old man and a buddy that came in handy..and the little man in the pic was helping me with tools all day (losing them) LOL...the whole experience went well and looking forwarding to tearing down the motor for a rebuild, also will be a first for me...working on getting the funds for air / porterbuilt, hopefully happens sometime this year..its cool to buy something fixed up already but I am really enjoying turning wrenches on this truck

Picture of your boy brought back some memories of "helping" my dad pull out a VW bus engine. Loved cleaning all his tools!
