I think i may have the disease !!!!

well it all started with the dump truck. I bought it for some remodeling & landscaping projects. it needed an engine, so I bought a suburban for the engine. not a problem. parted what was left. while that one was in the yard found another burb for parts to use for my bug project. that one is in the yard now mostly parted still need to remove a few things. still not really a problem. so the other day my son calls me he knows a guy that wants to get rid of another burb. I go look to look at it. it is newly inspected runs & drives 4x4. well of course I bought it (500.00 ) .now I think I have a problem. I think I will be driving this one for awhile...lol... or until I get the wrenches out again..

Hello my name is Kevin and I am a parts junkie

Re: I think i may have the disease !!!!

Ya,I don't think you have a problem either, but I might be in denial too!! It started out innocent enough about 10 years ago buying a parts truck to go with my 80 K20. Now I have 6 that run & drive and about 16 in various parted out forms. We live in the country,so I have lots of room too. It's bad enough that my friends call me when they hear or see anything from 73-87,also say that our place is where old Chevys go to die!!
