It has the fuses for the coil packs, oxygen sensors, transmission control, and the like. The relays are for the fuel pump and ignition.

I have the same truck except my grill, and bumpers are patina black..(pretty sure they came that way!! if they didn't they were painted that way 40 years ago) and oh yeah mine is in the begenning stages! It's been under an old oak tree at the ranch for 15+ years.
