I searched just about all of PA looking for a good crossmember shown in your last pic (goes under the driveshaft bearing)
All of them here were rotted like yours. (mine was worse!) Finally I found a member here selling C30 parts from CA so I bought one from him.

I think I lucked into a truck that got washed up and put in every night. Some were just used to support the shop/station and had a pretty easy life without a lot of salt damage.

Frame has a hole in it behind the front spring perch, going to them off and weld a new piece in, hopefully that will work.
