New GM outer 69-70 grill (never been installed)

This is a brand new Gm outer grill with the CHEVROLET letters. It has never been installed. I paid $470.00 for it. I'll sell it for $360.00 including shipping (in the US) I can send pics to anyone regular e-mail tomorrow if you want. Just give me your regular e-mail.
Thanks, Bowtiefreak

That is a good deal! It's the deal that comes up AFTER you sell your 70 Truck like me. You should not have a problem selling it.

dinnut-
It is a GM piece with the GM label sticker on the outside of the box. I am not sure, but I belive that aftermarket ones don't have the letters, but I maybe wrong. BUT this one does have the GM sticker on the box.

I am suprised that no one is really interested too much. I didn't think I was asking too much for this. Its very nice. IMO

Bowtiefreak don't feel so bad about the interest thing, our GM NOS grill sales have fallen off from 20 a month to maybe 1 a week.

After Market

Sorry to burst all your bubbles but this IS an after market Grill from the Truck Shop. It is no where near as thick as an original and it DOES have the letters. ( sorry for the bad pic but you get the jest)

All I know is that I bought this from a company called Obsolete Chevrolet Parts a few years ago. I now nothing about this company other than they were in GA,(I think) and this grill has the GM label on the outside of the box. This may very well be a replacement grill GM offered as a replacement. Please believe me here, this all I know. This may not be a NOS grill but it is at least a GM certified replacement grill with the letters.

The Truck Shop does carry the GM grills as well as other dealers. It has the Gm sticker and part number. I have never seen an aftermarket company produce a 69-70 grill with the letters. I still get all the flyers from the companies I bought from and not one has mentioned they are making this grill with letters. Maybe some other vendors can tell us if they know anything different. Curious to know because those GM grills are expensive.

The truck shop sells reproduction grills that they send you stick on letters to apply to it. 69-70 Genuine GM Grills are still available strait from GM and the lettering is stamped in the grills then painted. They are the same grills GM has been selling all along. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com
