I guess I'll need to join another board

section.

The household just increased today by one Chevy truck. Now I have 3 generations of GM trucks.
The 70, the 96, and today I just picked up an 82 Chevy Custom Deluxe Short Fleet. It's supposed to be my daughter's ride, so it's mellow by many of our standards, but a good teenage girl's truck. I guess she pays attention to day after all, cause she wanted a truck over a car (she finally realized the $30, 000 F150 crewcab was out)

Anyways nice truck, I got it from the 2nd owner.

250 6 popper (new crate, less than 3,000 on it)
Turbo 350
Power steering,
Power brakes
Very cold AC
15x8 ralleys with caps and rings
Rust is very minimal Passenger cab corner has a small bubble, and drivers side rocker
Interrior is super clean
also has a billeted grill

I'll give it a fresh coat of paint someday. Maybe not to soon. I'd rather the boys not get interested in her because of the truck she drives. I'll have some pictures in a couple days or whenb the board switchover is done.

So now the family has a 70, 82, and 96. Driveway's gettin full.

I got 11 years to worry about that krue. Who knows, might have to go older...Fate fendered 49 3100 might be a good starter truck.

Sounds like a nice truck!

Hmmmm, what kind of stories?

We have fun over there, between myself, Dave(LOHRTBT), Ken (N2trux), Swerve, Eddie(Phoenix), Greg (low87), and a few others...things can get pretty interesting.

seanh71....not too fast. College and the kids are keeping me pretty busy. I hope I'll get the welder fired up over thanksgiving, then on the Christmas break between classes. Fired the beast up and drove it around the yard with the son for the heck of it. Seems that's about all I have time for lately
