Fighting the rust battle

Started doing some rust repair on the 71 C10. The more I remove the more I find. I need help with this part. It surrounds the blower and riveted to the evaporator Housing. Can this be replaced with out buying the whole housing.

Yikes, i have seen the firewall or cowl replacement panel as well as the toe board...try classic performance.com, gmcpauls.com and well...along with venders on this forum, im sure in just a matter of minutes someone can send you a link directing you to one....or who has a cab they might sell you...:-X

The actual cowl is in good shape. Here is a better view. I was thinking about using Por-15 and the power mesh patch to rebuild the rusted out fan shroud area.

If it were me I'd buy a used housing vs trying to patch that together.
