wood bed and steel bed comh

I have a LWB bed with a rotted out wood floor. Would a bed with a steel bed mount to that frame? Or is there height or bolt pattern differences?

Re: wood bed and steel bed comh

Beds are interchangable within their length. A wood Fleetside or a metal Fleetside or a Stepside all bolt up the same. The rub comes in trying to convert a Fleetside to a different floor then basically eveything but the bedsides, wheel housings and the tailgate change.
