It was up on eBay and sold for $9999, must have feel through. At least it is closer to a real price.

Tim if it were a CST I'd do it for you I'm still learning you can't have 'em all...even if a one owner. I'm thinking my next project will be a Blazer so have to pass.

Would not have to be a CST to keep me happy. That truck with just a little work would look so period. Thinking a winch bumper to kill the chrome and a set of stock steel wheels would make it look so much better. Toss on a round pair of Per-Lux for those of us that can remember lights before KC. A set of 9" Cibie Super Oscars would work too or better both pairs.

Re: Clean looking one owner 70 K20 NM truck on CL

That's real nice. I like it just as it sits. To me it looks like a typical southwestern truck as I recall them. Looks like the dealer sticker on the tailgate. Original paint tailgate says a kindly used truck. Might have had to repair or touch something up in 43 years, but not even a repaint. Some give percentage of original and others just say original, but it has never been repainted is how I see it. What you see is what it is.

Sweet sounds good Pete. BTW, I did expand my search to allow black, dark green, red, turquise and maybe white as well

If you have spare time when you are here, I have spare parts and maybe my '72 K20 build will be further by then.

Thanks Jud if I can peel away I'll let you know for sure. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to drive to/from NM so am flying into MSP. Would be fun to drive the K20 Super up but then again I might get pummeled by hail. I may try to visit the State Fair also - I haven't been there in decades and have a lot of fond memories of it.

Re: Clean looking one owner 70 K20 NM truck on CL

I'd put that to work...
Seems like the good ones pop up when I'm broke or just spent money on another project.
Geesh!
Oh and I agree, winch bumper, steel wheels and tall narrow rubber would make it more my style...but who am I kidding I'd use it as is too
