I have my grandpa's 72 cheyenne super with factory air and 402 eng. I am doing a ground up restoration. Want to make it factory correct down to the exact color of every part under the hood and frame just as it was when it roled off the assembly line. How can i get a correct match on what to paint each and every part, bracket, and bolt? Is there a factory color code book for it? I also need NOS lower ball joints for it. Does anyone know who has them? And finally rear axles for its 12 bolt rear end what are the best reproduction axles out there cant find NOS axles that i'm comfortable with due to rust developing at bearing points after sitting for so many years? Any help would really help.
