Worked some more tonight on small things. I found a small stash of PEX tubing that I have.... so I tried the tubing on the door strikers trick and it really works well. It makes the doors so much easy to close. I also discovered how worn my strikers are and also the coresponding door parts. At least one of my doors also needs the hinges rebuilt.
