Door panel question

Does anyone know if anyone is selling remanufactured versions of these Grand Sierra (or Scottsdale) door panels?

I've seen the the ones that don't accept the outer trim pieces but I want to restore to an original Scottsdale interior. (Preferably with power window switches and power door lock switches).

i think LMC and others do a close Custom Deluxe version (sans chrome outline) and the version to take Silverado chrome, but i have not seen the Scottsdale version either.

It seems everyone carrys the Custom Deluxe and Silverado door panels but not the Scottsdale version. I guess the Scottsdale/Grand Sierra packages weren't as popular as Custom Deluxe and Silverado.
