Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Rome wasn't built in a day but as such I have my yearly "projects" and then my minor work that I do throughout the year and then I thank my lucky stars that my wife supports my oldest girl as she really is kind of high maintenance.
I rebuilt my SM465. I replaced my 14 bolt SF rear with a 14 bolt FF and finally got the parking brake working. I had the ceiling over the visors replaced with a new windshield and the body shop burned and hacked my roof light wiring to death so I had to rewire it. I corrected and rebuilt my z-bar and clutch linkages. I changed out the turn signal switch, when I saw on another post that shops were asking ~$175 to do that I am glad I did it myself. Today, my goal is to find and get new conversion joints, a bunch of ground straps and new firemen's hats. It's raining, let's see how far I get.
