1939 Cab Mounting
I've got a basket case 1939 Chevy pickup. I'm trying to just get this thing all bolted together to see what I've got to work with and take up less garage space. I've got the new cab mount kit from Jim Carter, but something's not fitting right.
Starting at the front, I've got the liners under the first two cab mounts. The 3rd has a liner and the wood block. The fourth is supposed to be the rubber bushing, but there's a 3/8" gap between it and the cab floor. Am I missing some part of the steel cab mount? The original wood blocks from the 3rd mount fit perfect so I used them to support it for now. None of the bolts are tight yet. Second question, what is this CB206 body mount? I can't tell where it's supposed to go.

Re: 1939 Cab Mounting
I found this diagram, it shows the rear cab mount has a recess to it? The rear of my cab is flat
