When I did my conversation on my s10 I just had all new hydraulic lines made. Was way simple and cheap. And for the people sourcing through junk yards for boosters. A reman unit isn't a whole lot more price wise. But does typically come with that coveted warenty. My jimmys conversion is on my things to do list

I'm collecting parts for hydraboost on my 68 C20 with 2005 5.3. Got a 2004 C2500 unit, mated to a 85 C20 master cylinder. Measuring now forr hoses. Hope the stock pump to hydroboost hose will reach. Will have to cut and put flare fitting on the hydroboost to steering unit hose if long enough. Gotta fab the brake lines to the master cylinder. Also putting 85 discs and spindles on the truck same time.
