67 vs. 70 radiator core question
I need some advise from anyone willing to give it...
I am rebuilding my 1970 C10 and I have decided to put a 67-68 front clip on it due to the fact I like the grill on the 67's more. I have already found all the big parts I need to convert(hood, grill, radiator core...) and I just realized looking at an LMC the 67 has a different radiator core mounting kit. I looked at the two core supports side by side and see nothing different that would require a different mounting kit but I don’t want to waste my time putting together the front clip to find out it does make a difference... Does anyone out there know for sure if it matters which mounting kit I would use for a front clip conversion like I'm doing?? Any and all help is appreciated!! |

Re: 67 vs. 70 radiator core question
The 67 has smaller bushings at the radiator support. Not sure of any other differences.
