general grabber red letter tires.
Howdy guys, I need some opinions on this tire or any thoughts, the tire is general grabber red letter, i'm getting them for a good price brand new, so idc bout the pricing factor or the noise factor. i currently running BFG AT, my tire size is 33/12.5/15. Thanks!

Good tire. Not super in snow but not terrible. They a heavy but usually dont require much balancing...mine didn't anyways. I traded em out for bfg all terrains because they "felt" better in the snow.

I have read on another forum that they are primarily a desert tire, and are excellent in dry / rocky conditions.... OK on dry pavement but not so much in rain or snow. Never ran them myself so IDK, just passing along what I have heard.

Well, I tend to buy tires based on how they perform, not the color of the lettering.... though I'm first to admit I'm an old fart with no sense of style.
Can you buy coloring sticks (or paint) that's designed for tires? If your local parts store doesn't have anything suitable, maybe someplace like JC Whitney? Just a thought...
