Ya I'm really starting to like it. I'm gonna get some flack for this but I have been strongly considering changing the wheel base of this truck. I'm not one to normally do this cause I am a strong believer in leaving things the way they came. This truck is just a little too rusty. Cab corners, rockers, lower kicks, cowl firewall, door lowers. I think it's a perfect candidate. I'm thinking of building a whole chassis for it and doing a change over. Now the big toss up is do I build a stocker with a 67 short frame and using the stock power assist steering setup it has. Or use a 68 to 70 chassis keeping it 6 lug. Or go 71 72 with a little drop and use these killer appliance wheels that I have had leftover from another truck I used to own. See pic
