Re: What are the three fuel lines for the 5.3L
The big one is the fuel supply goes to the fuel rail.
The next one is the fuel return goes to the FPR on the fuel rail. The other is the purge vacuum line going to the purge valve on top front of the upper plenum. Sorry, no pics from me.

Re: What are the three fuel lines for the 5.3L
It goes to the fuel tank purge charcoal canister that is originally mounted in front of the tank. If you are not using the canister then it can be eliminated. However the purge sequence must be edited in the ECM or you will get codes

Put a vacuum plug over it and delete on your PCM when you have it tuned, as stated above.

Re: What are the three fuel lines for the 5.3L
I used that port on another project to provide vacume for power brakes. The motor didn't have a vacume port for the booster so it made sense to re-purpose the existing port.

Re: What are the three fuel lines for the 5.3L
Truthfully, I'm thinking about using the Evap canister. I have it from the '99 parts truck I had. I'm still unclear on what I want to do with the fuel tank/supply system.
