best motor mount brand
Which sbc motor mount (through bolt style) actually fit. lots of import through bolts not lining up just right. look for recomends. thanx

I just installed mounts from Prothane. The threads for the center bolt had to be chased unfortunately I found this out after everything was in place.

I kinda hate to admit this but the AutoZone ones work and last quite a while for me.
When I did a recent Olds motor back to Chevy, they dropped right in with NO issues. The Olds mounts held up to that torquey 425 for a long time.
