Re: Raising the Zombie 1970 Short
Nice work so far.
One thing I noticed when I reread and looked at pics was the cement blocks under your frame. I use blocks now and then but prefer solid. If you are going to use them instead of jack-stands you should turn them the other direction so that the solid side is under the frame. Ask how I know?? Keep up the good work!

Re: Raising the Zombie 1970 Short
I've thought about racing stripes or gray flames. Something to give it contrast but different than the standard look. I like the renderings! It gives me a great image of what it looks like!

Re: Raising the Zombie 1970 Short
I sure hope so! So I picked up a 68 donor today. It's really rough but maybe I can get some good parts off it. It had been sitting in a field for several years and rats had moved in. Also either some kids or some drunk rednecks decided to open fire on it with several types of rifles and prett much ruined a lot of the truck... Very sad pics to come

Re: Raising the Zombie 1970 Short
Maybe I can get a few parts off this. I always liked the slope of the 67-68 so if the clip is good I may use it as well. |
