What year seats are these?

Does anyone out there know what make model and year these seats came out of? They bolted up to factory 1970 K5 seat brackets (not the brackets shown in the picture) without issue. Also, will 1970 scroll upholstery fit on the seat frames? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Going off the pictured brackets and the shape of the foam and cover on the backrest, they look to be out of a 74 or later C/K pickup cab. The seats would also work for a 74 and up blazer/jimmy but the pictured mounting brackets are the 73 and up truck specific type setup. The 69/70 type seat covers (single scroll down the center of the inserts) will fit the above pictured seat frames with some work as you had asked (lwr. side skirts are shorter), but the foam shape itself is entirely different from 69-70 and 71-73 and then the 74 and later lowbacks. Here are some pics to look at, note the foam and cover differences on each type. Mel

The 74-75 looks like what I have. Thanks for the info. May try to modify foam to fit or replace foam with 1970 style (ouch), so I can redo seats with 70 scroll covers.
