WTB: stepside rear fenders

Hey all,

I'm not in a big hurry for these but I could use a set. I have a 1972 Chevy and my rear fenders are heavily bondo'ed. I especially need one with the driver's side cut-out for the spare tire mount. I think long and short wheel bases are the same size.

Thanks!

Re: WTB: stepside rear fenders

I happen to have a set of rear step side fenders, but the drivers side fender is not a spare tire style. Let me know if still interested and I will get you pictures.

If they must be sold as a set then I can't be your man, BUT if you can sell just the passenger side then I might be a player. Pics would be in order if the latter is the case. Thanks.

As of right now, I would like to sell as a set. If we change our mind, I will let you know for sure.

I have a 67 passenger stepside fender in washington pa. Very good condition. Since its a 67 it does not have a marker hole if it matters. 225

Re: WTB: stepside rear fenders

Racker,

Thanks but I really want to keep the side mounted spare option. It clears bed space, makes a spare tire accessible, and I like the look (I grew up with this truck you see).

Ihssalky,

Thanks for the offer but I want to keep the truck as true to 1972 as I can.

Bennethh27,

I'd probably pay just that for the driver's side fender, if it was rust free! I guess I could part the rest of the bed out....and I have access to a truck and trailer that would probably haul it. Man, I tell you what, if you are going to be down there anyway, get me some pics! I don't want to put you out any but if you could give the fenders the "refrigerator magnet test for bondo" and get a pic of the underside edges where they tended to rust...name your case of beer you want man and that's just for the pics!

I guess I could store it behind my garage on blocks and under a tarp as I part it out....

Send pics here: SKIandSKY@gmail.com

My number: 304-578-2937

Thanks man!

Re: WTB: stepside rear fenders

I have a drivers side fender 68-72 with the spare cut out. Seems to be solid to me. Has a dent in the rear of the fender by the light. If Racker wants to sell his drivers id be interested pending pics/shipping/price. If you want pics lemme know
