new springs -differant heights?

i just installed 2 new -husky springs in my c-30 truck -thr right side seems to set higher -2 " anybody ever had this problem ? dealer said it cant be ,he wanted me to switch the springs side to side ,i measured underneath every thing seems to be ok on the frame and the body is not bent ! any ideas ?thanks

There is a d shape cup up top on the crossmember. It's possible one of the springs is riding on top of that instead of the cup being inside the spring
