Could be the normal square lean from gas tank weight over the years. If you have dual tanks just use the pass to even it out lol.

My lean was very noticeable after I dropped my truck. Swapping my leafs side to side made my lean almost disappear.

I pulled my front coils out and cut 1 coil off and the stance is now perfect, however, I have the square lean of about one inch. I'm sure its from the fat driver and the driver side gas tank. I'm going to swap springs left to right hoping it will lean a bit to the passenger side and then level out when I (fat driver) get in with a full tank of gas. Here's pics of grinding the ridge so the brake lines miss the drop spindle:
