bubble hood on a 66?

hey guys I found a bubble hood that I may be able to get just wondering (as I am a new person to these trucks) if a 60 bubble hood will fit on a 66 GMC or would I have to weld and drill new brackets to line it up? OR is there something totally different that I need to do thanks forum!

I am pretty sure it will bolt right on.

yep will bolt right on, the 60-61 used a longer hood pin on the front, sometimes you can get the 62-66 to reach, but it is a lot easier if you grab the pin off the 60-61. here are a couple shots of the 60-61 hood on my 65

thanks guys I'd have t find the pin to this hood but this help alot...maybe I could fab a solution?

some guys have had no problem with the shorter pin, at first I used the one off my 65, but I was able to get a better close and more adjustment with the right one.
