You could have gotten an 89 square body like that also.V31003 or R31003. Most were dual wheel, yours has the srw option which is what R04 is, not very common.

You can tell by the VIN. There is no doubt.

JJ133281 -

J = 1988 model year
J = Janesville assembly plant
133281 = sequential portion of VIN
