Ok, someone's gonna say it so I may as well:

"That'll buff right out!"

But seriously, though there are no doubt guys here who COULD make that into a running good truck, why?

I'm not sure I'd take that as anything more than a parts truck even at that low price. Hell, even for free.

There are fewer and fewer good AD's out there but this one isn't one of them from the look of those photos.

So, Dan, if I bought that and did a little work on it, you figure I couldn't end up with this, worth $200k?:

Just the fact that it has a title makes the truck worth $750. Depending on the shape of the other front fenders can also make it worth while for the cost. Granted the running boards are shot but if the cab, doors, bed sides and fenders are in decent shape it is worth the price. Probably get it for 5 or 6 Ben Franklins.

Like I said, it's a parts truck at best...to me. If anyone else wants to take it on? Lemme know so I can put on the popcorn and start watching!

I didn't think it looked that bad.
Definitely not a 49 though looks like a 51 to me.

Unless they swapped cabs or doors it's absolutely a 51. That was the only year that had wing windows AND turn down handles.
