Radio Delete Cowl & GMC Fender
I just committed to buying some parts here and have decided to let some good stuff go to help pay for it. No PayPal,so postal money order is preferred. I recommend Greyhound,if possible for a buyer, otherwise FedEx is who I'll use.
First is the radio delete cowl cover. Straight/Original paint/Some surface rust...$75 + shipping

Re: Radio Delete Cowl & GMC Fender
This is an original paint rust free passenger side fender with zero battery rust. There are dents that will require some attention. I left it as is. I have not found a reproduction '68 Chevy/68-72 GMC passenger fender made correctly,so here is one that is made right that just needs some easy dent repair...$150 + shipping

Re: Radio Delete Cowl & GMC Fender
Sorry it took so long. We had rain, rain, and more rain and the part was out in a dark shed with nowhere to lay a scale. I should have just guessed. I can ship this for $100 total cost, including safe packaging.

Re: Radio Delete Cowl & GMC Fender
When you say it has surface rust I assume that means it just needs sanding to take care of it - no filler necessary? If so then I'll take it.

Re: Radio Delete Cowl & GMC Fender
I lost track of this thread (as in forgot). Not sure if I gave a shipping quote on the fender or not and I apologize if I didn't. It's still here and both parts are still available. Some of the vent area on the cowl cover would require spot putty on pitting. Rust has been chemically treated/converted (iron oxide to iron phosphorus) then etch primed

Re: Radio Delete Cowl & GMC Fender
Ok,that confirms it. I'll get on it and get back to you. The hard part is figuring the size and weight of the crate

Re: Radio Delete Cowl & GMC Fender
you wouldn't happen to have a TH350, or a 200 4R you want to sell do ya. I need to replace mine, it's a 72 2WD 350 LWB. I know you don't have one listed, but i figured it was worth asking considering we're about 20 mins apart. I'm just across the county. Or if you have any suggestions as to where i could find a good used trans. Right now, it's just gotta get me around.I have scoured all the boneyards around the county and no good luck. My original drive-train is going to be overhauled in the future, but the upcoming holidays and family has them on hold for a lil bit.
