SS7 Air spring Question

should the 1/2 inch port on top ever move?

Just to clarify the 1/2 inch port on the bag moves slightly when when I wiggle the the line going in. Thhe port I think is bonded to the bag

Just leak test around the port and verify it's not cracked.
