NOS bed rails sold for $533

I was bidding on these, but at about half the price. Who knew bed rails were so precious?

It wouldn't surprise me if the new owner winds up having to rechrome them... NOS isn't new, especially for chrome and stainless.

I saw that! What an unreal price. personally I think that most if not all modern aftermarket bed rails made today look better and are "new" without any issues. For the purist I guess NOS is all that, but I could think of other better things to buy with my money, just saying.

yep, way high, but good for the seller. If ya GOTTA have em, then ya gotta have em. I do that every once in awhile... Personally, not a bed rail fan, but I had some nice vintage ones on a 66 I had once - most folks seemed to like them, I was on the fence. The factory 67-72 era rails are pretty nice looking, imo.

If you're going to run bed rails, these are the right stuff. Modern accessories on a vintage truck is tacky. Just look at an LMC catalog. A set of the later aluminum ones (#999757),that look just right on these trucks, sold on Ebay for about 3x what these did earlier this year. That's what I call crazy.
