Console Question

This has probably been asked or discussed before and if so I sure hope someone has made custom brackets used to raise the console 3" or so. Has then been done? Does anyone have suggestions on what to use to raise the factory center console ?

Re: Console Question

I don't have any pics, bit a friend had a piece of dense foam about 4" fitted to the lid and covered in vinyl. Looked good and worked as an armrest.

Re: Console Question

Get some 1" square tubing to make four legs and a piece of 18 gauge to form a top to the legs, mount console on top plate entire job may take 30 minutes.
