Mine, which came off another C10, is 1 1/16 inch. I believe you can get a 1 1/4 off a 3/4 or 1 ton truck that will also fit. I'm planning to look for one.

4x4 sway bars are 1 1/4" but I don't think you can make them work on a 2wd.

Swervin:

I will never understand Chevy's logic. My truck is a Silverado, but did not come with a swaybar. Your truck is a Custom Deluxe, but it came with one.

Mine was ordered with heavy duty rear springs, a TH-350, and 3.08 gears instead of the 2.73s that most of them seem to have. This seems to me like it was intended for towing, and would probably have benefited from the swaybar.

I just installed a 1 1/16" sway bar out of a wrecking yard. Its worth the effort. I notice the difference today when I took the 78 out. No rain today first day in about a month. The 4wd sway bars wont fit on a 2wd there alot different.

Silverado is a trim package that doesn't include the front sway bar. The sway bar was a option. One would think it would be included with a trailering package. My truck came with a 1 1/16 " sway bar as an option. I recently installed a 1 1/4" one from a 1 ton and there was some noticable difference. It cornered much better and flatter.

Sonaker,

me either. It seems that no logic was used with these trucks. I do know mine came with heavy duty suspension package. Part of this is the 1-1/4" front rotors, 11.15" x 2.75" drum brakes (code 7B5), 56" long leaf springs which I guess is what they mean by extra capacity rear (code G51), along with the as they call it, front stablizer bar (code F59)

I'm guessing some of these RPO's went with each other. As if, you ordered one, some of the other stuff automatically came as part of it. I'm also guessing all this stuff had to be ordered.

Swervin:

Just to add to the confusion, I have heavy duty rear springs (G50 I think...), but just the 1 inch rotors. It doesn't make a bit of sense.
