Re: 1964 Gumby project build ... I6 SB
Someone has blown this thing apart before. Everything is painted red and reassembled. Bummer the "friend" let it go. What's its history before with a frame off and suspension stuff being painted to match? Are you going to continue the red legacy?

Anyways, the plan for the color will be Daytona Blue, Maybe a little darker. Frame and components being gunmetal grey and black. Engine color Grabber green like DLoes. So bad ass looking. That's the plan, but we all know how well pans workout for in the end. lol

Re: 1964 Gumby project build ... I6 SB
Made "OK" progress installing my Cnotch while I was home this Christmas weekend. I would have been further along but I hit a few speed bumps that delayed everything till the next time I'm home.
Fitting the rear crossmemeber and the panhard crossmemeber was FUN. lol using my hands and feet to move the frame into place. Had to grind out the passenger front shock strut. I guess my grandfather thought it would be a good idea to weld it in. I think it turned out pretty good considering the tight space and only having a hand grinder. ****Any thoughts or comments on my work? Please be gentle
