missed a good score
i guy placed an ad.he was parting a 77 1 ton.i called him asked about the sway bar.went took look at it.low and behold there sits a 454bb.i asked him about it he said it might be sold.some kid wanted it offered him $300 bucks for the 454,tranny and pto.im thinkin this kid wont show up.well as im thinkin it, he did,what a score that would have been.well i did get the 1 1/8 sway bar for 10 bucks,oh well

I was in the junkyard, and I saw 6 c30 trucks, all mid 80s. Someone was just pulling the engine out of the last one, and they said a few days before all 6 had 454s in them. Would have been $175 each. lol Oh well
